Job Summary
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the company's overall growth strategy. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to research markets, generate leads, support partnerships, and track business development performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, partners, and emerging markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer need to identify growth opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Initiate contact with potential clients and partners via phone, email, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with educational institutions, enterprises, and government entities.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure offerings align with market needs.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze business development activities and prepare regular performance reports.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring KPIs for business development initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related.
- Strong understanding of technology markets.
