Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Corporate Consultant Manager to join a leading business setup and advisory organization in Dubai. This senior position focuses on acquiring and engaging SMEs and corporate clients with international expansion ambitions. The role combines high-level consultative sales, strategic advisory expertise, and relationship-building to guide companies through successful market entry and growth in Dubai and the wider GCC/MENA region.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions for company formation, operational structuring, and long-term expansion while positioning Dubai as a premier global business hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and acquire SMEs and corporates exploring expansion into Dubai and the region
- Lead consultative acquisition processes with emphasis on delivering strategic value and long-term partnerships
- Provide expert advisory on market entry strategies, regional expansion plans, and optimal corporate structuring
- Develop customized solutions for business setup, licensing, and operational models in Dubai
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform client strategies
- Deliver high-impact workshops, presentations, and strategic briefings to client leadership teams and C-level executives
- Promote Dubai's advantages as a strategic gateway for international growth and investment
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, government entities, and corporate networks
- Facilitate strategic networking and collaboration opportunities between clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven track record in international business consulting, corporate strategy, market entry advisory, or professional services (ideally 8+ years of relevant experience)
- Deep expertise in market entry strategies, international expansion, corporate structuring, and free zone / mainland business models in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of macroeconomic trends, regional business dynamics, and UAE regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus
