About Qmaizen Quality

Qmaizen Quality is a growing organization in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, supporting businesses across Egypt and the MENA region with compliance-driven and market-leading solutions.

We are currently seeking a highly driven Business Development Consultant to join our team and contribute to expanding our market presence and client portfolio.

Your Role

As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC industry across Egypt and the MENA region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design customized service offerings.
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Track KPIs and sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.

What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 23 years of experience in Business Development or Senior Sales, preferably within the TIC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region.
  • Certifications or training related to ISO standards or regulatory compliance are highly preferred.
  • Proven sales record with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
