Business Development Director - Construction / Facilities Management

Required to join an established contractor working on construction (building & civil engineering), Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, MEP projects across the Kingdom.

This senior role is responsible for driving market expansion, securing new contracts, developing client relationships, and shaping long-term commercial strategies in line with company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within Saudi Arabiaparticularly in the Riyadh region.
• Lead the end-to-end bid process, including RFP analysis, solution design, pricing, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to advise on business positioning.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

Degree in Engineering

15 + years experience

A proven track record of developing business with construction, Facilities Management, O&M within Saudi Arabia.

MUST be based in KSA and be an Arabic speaker
