Job Description

Business Development Engineer is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with developers & potential clients, and driving the sales of complex electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization in Egypt.
  • Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
  • creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within our organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.
  • Align Elsewedy's product portfolio with the specific technical requirements of upcoming utility projects.
  • Ability to adapt to change with ease.
  • Conduct kick-off/project meetings with the client.
  • Create additional sales opportunities during project implementation.
  • Ensure successful project closure.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Determine sales opportunities for products and services.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers/contracts with customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant business development or sales engineering role.
  • Preferred PMP certified.
  • Fluency in English written & spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good understanding in CRM software (salesforce/ Dynamics) and MS project.
