Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team.
  • This role drives sales growth by effectively managing walk-in clients at our showroom and proactively developing relationships with design offices and engineering firms.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of finishing materials, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage walk-in clients, offer technical advice, and recommend suitable products.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for design offices, architects, and engineering firms.
  • Generate quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain client data in CRM and monitor sales progress.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Support project coordination and provide technical guidance on product selection.
  • Stay informed about trends in building materials, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
    • 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
    • Strong knowledge of finishing materials and technical product savvy.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.
