We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in driving business growth and acquiring new projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and projects across the UAE region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities within the UAE market.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely reporting and updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience working in or handling the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring projects and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
