Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and represent our company in high-level discussions and industry events. This role is critical in strengthening our client base, shaping strategic partnerships, and positioning our firm as a trusted engineering services provider across the Kingdom. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our engineering capabilities, building a strong pipeline, and expanding our market footprint in Riyadh and the wider KSA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in the engineering consulting and project management space across Riyadh and KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to track sector trends, upcoming projects, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and presentations, clearly articulating our technical capabilities and value proposition.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, technical submissions, EOIs, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and proposal teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets, while maintaining a strong, well-qualified pipeline.
  • Support initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, market positioning, and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Based in Riyadh.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within engineering, construction, consulting, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Riyadh/KSA engineering and construction market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Valid Saudi residency/ability to work in KSA.
