About the Role
Link4 is a global eInvoicing and digital compliance solutions provider operating across Australia,
New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and expanding rapidly across new regions. We
are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support
our regional growth, with a strong focus on the United Arab Emirates market.
In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales
pipeline growth, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. This is an excellent
opportunity for a motivated individual seeking exposure to international SaaS sales,
government procurement processes, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and potential
prospects.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails,
LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Support the sales team by setting meetings and maintaining an active and accurate sales
pipeline.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Existing
relationships with Enterprise groups, semi-government entities, free zone companies is a
plus.
Clearly communicate the value of Link4's eInvoicing and compliance solutions to
prospective clients.
Assist in mapping client organizations, including decision-making structures and
procurement processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Contribute insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
Represent Link4 professionally in meetings, events, and industry forums when required.
Track, measure, and report on key sales KPIs.

Requirements

13 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Exposure to SaaS, software solutions, ERP systems, or technology-driven products is an
advantage.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Interest in enterprise sales, government compliance, or digital transformation solutions.
