Role Description:

This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Executive at BeFit 360. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, lead generation, and managing existent accounts for BeFit sponsors. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business prospects, establishing and maintaining client relationships, preparing business campaigns, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular communication with potential and existing clients, drafting proposals, and having fresh mindset and knowledge in marketing to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Partnership Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with commercial partners and sponsors.
  • Ensure all sponsors benefits are delivered as promised throughout the year by maintaining accurate records, following up on-ground activities, and proactively addressing any gaps or issues.
  • Creative Thinking: Develop innovative ideas, marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities for our partners to enhance our partnerships.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and actively seeks out solutions to problems without constant supervision.
  • Experience in the fitness is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and within a team environment
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
