Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and drive the growth of Bespoke Residences & Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with property owners, and ensuring revenue and occupancy goals are achieved. This role requires a strong understanding of the holiday home and property management industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies within a competitive short-term rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Acquisition

Identify and onboard new property owners and investors to expand the Bespoke Residences portfolio.

Research and target high-potential areas, buildings, and communities across Dubai and other key markets.

2. Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of managed units and maximize revenue.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and conversion.

3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, brokers, and corporate clients.

Serve as the key liaison for owners to ensure confidence and satisfaction in property management services.

4. Market Development & Lead Generation

Generate leads through networking, referrals, online channels, and partnerships with real estate agencies and developers.

Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

5. Market Intelligence

Stay updated on competitor offerings, rental trends, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Provide data-driven insights to optimize pricing, occupancy, and property acquisition strategies.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Reservations teams to ensure successful onboarding and smooth handover of new properties.

Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and owner engagement.

7. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track KPIs and sales conversion rates.

8. Brand Representation

Represent Bespoke Residences professionally at all times, ensuring brand reputation and service standards are consistently upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Based in Dubai (mandatory).
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or property acquisition within the holiday homes or short-term rental industry.
  • Strong network of property owners, developers, and agents in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Dubai Tourism (DTCM) holiday home regulations is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Good understanding of Dubai's short-term rental regulations and real estate market.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
