Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record of winning big in the UAE construction and property development space. This is a high-impact role for a hunter who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close contracts that move the needle.
If you have spent years cultivating a powerful network across Dubai's construction landscape — and you know how to turn those connections into signed agreements with property developers — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Generate high-quality leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities within the construction and property development sectors
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with major property developers and contractors
- Sign bigger, long-term contracts that drive sustainable revenue growth
- Leverage your existing network to fast-track business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Represent the brand at industry events, tender meetings, and high-level stakeholder discussions
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in Dubai — you understand how business gets done here
- A well-connected professional with an established network in the UAE construction industry
- Proven experience closing deals and securing contracts with property developers
- Background in Aluminium or MEP industries is a must.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
