Job Description
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, government organizations, educational institutions, and strategic partnerships.
Promote and sell corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, Procurement departments, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable training and development solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Training Operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of training programs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging training requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales.
Strong understanding of corporate training solutions, professional certifications, and learning & development services.
Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
