- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, broker management, or real estate sales
- Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms is preferred
- Knowledge of the Sharjah or UAE real estate market is an advantage
Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding and activating the company's brokerage network by identifying, onboarding, and enabling real estate brokers to successfully sell the developer's projects. The role focuses on structured broker engagement, in-depth market and project briefings, and close coordination with sales and training teams to convert partnerships into active, revenue-generating channels.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Identification & Network Expansion
- Identify potential real estate brokers and brokerage firms through market research, referrals, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brokers aligned with the developer's target markets and projects.
- Evaluate broker profiles, market reach, client base, and suitability for the company's projects.
Broker Engagement & Briefings
- Initiate contact and schedule meetings with potential brokers.
- Conduct in-depth briefings on Sharjah real estate dynamics, regulatory environment, buyer profiles, and investment fundamentals.
- Present the developer's brand, value proposition, and project portfolio, ensuring brokers clearly understand product positioning and target audiences.
Coordination with Sales Training
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Trainer to schedule structured broker briefing sessions, workshops, and training programs.
- Ensure newly engaged brokers complete all required product, pricing, and sales process briefings before activation.
- Support the delivery of training materials, sales decks, and briefing content as needed.
Broker Onboarding & Activation
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new brokers, ensuring documentation, registration, and internal approvals are completed.
- Act as the primary liaison between onboarded brokers and internal sales teams.
- Facilitate introductions, assign points of contact, and support initial deal discussions to accelerate broker activation.
Liaison with Internal Sales Teams
- Work closely with sales managers and sales teams to align broker engagement with ongoing sales strategies.
- Support brokers during the initial activation phase by resolving queries, coordinating site visits, and enabling smooth deal execution.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and brokers to improve onboarding and engagement processes.
Reporting & Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, onboarding status, and activation milestones.
- Track broker engagement progress and support management with regular updates and insights.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with active brokers to encourage repeat business and sustained performance.
