Allsopp & Allsopp Executive Search is hiring for a Business Development Executive to join our client team. You will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new opportunities for the organization. An ideal candidate for this role must have general knowledge of Steel & Architectural Fabrication and Installation.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Build and maintain relationships with the existing and potential clients
Utilize strategic account planning and sales pipeline management tools
Collaborate with the operations team and implement strategic plans
Review and approve information for pre-qualifications projects
Qualify project opportunities and identify high-potential clients
Provide reports and updates to Senior Management as required
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, etc.
Build and maintain positive relationships with the developers, architects, and market influencers in the local market
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10 years work related experience in the Construction industry or Built Environment is essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
