We are currently seeking experienced B2B Sales / Business Development professionals for Sharjah-based roles within a well-established organisation.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Banking, and a proven ability to manage and grow corporate client portfolios in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B client relationships within the UAE market
- Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from initial client engagement to deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline records using CRM systems
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
Requirements:
- Strong experience in B2B sales or business development
- Prior experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Banking is essential
- Solid understanding of the UAE business landscape
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to work in a Sharjah-based, on-site role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Arabic language skills are preferred, but not mandatory
