Job Description

  • Strategically promote and sell a comprehensive range of cross-border freight services, including international trucking, customs clearance coordination, and integrated transportation platforms, to high-profile clients.

  • Lead cost-benefit analyses and consultative sales discussions with senior decision-makers to propose tailored cross-border logistics solutions that address complex regulatory, operational, and transit challenges.

  • Foster and expand long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a strong network across regional and international cross-border freight markets.

  • Identify and pursue high-value cross-border business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence, trade lane insights, and competitive analysis to drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Lead negotiations for large-scale cross-border contracts and service agreements, ensuring commercially optimal outcomes while managing risk, compliance, and service quality.

  • Oversee the cross-border sales pipeline, define go-to-market strategies, achieve or exceed revenue targets, and guide junior team members to maximize performance.

  • Actively contribute to business strategy development by sharing insights on cross-border trade trends, customer requirements, regulatory changes, and competitor activities with leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade forums, and cross-border logistics conferences, strengthening brand presence and generating new business opportunities.



  • Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Transportation, or related fields (advanced degrees are a plus).

    1+ year of proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in inland freight, transportation, or logistics industries.

    Strong understanding of cross-product inland freight services and supply chain solutions.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a history of closing large and complex deals.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales pipelines for high-value accounts.

    Must own a car and have a valid driver's license.
