ABRA Group, a Master Agency representing multiple Dubai developers on an exclusive basis, is looking to appoint a Business Development professional with a strong network in the Dubai real estate market.
This role focuses on expanding brokerage partnerships, onboarding new agencies, and supporting sales activity through structured events within our Sales Gallery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand relationships with Dubai brokerage companies
• Onboard new agencies and strengthen existing partnerships
• Organize and manage broker events within ABRA Sales Gallery
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive project performance and visibility
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience with a Dubai developer (Business Development/Agency Relations role)
• Established network within Dubai real estate brokerage market
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand
