This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience in the UAE market in the finance, accounting, or auditing sector.The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships to support revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives, evaluating market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning. This is a target-based, role where you will be responsible for generating new business by visiting prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales within the UAE market.
  • Experience must be in banking, finance, accounting, or auditing sectors.
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Communication and Account Management
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management abilities
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
