Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business, expand market presence, and build longterm relationships across construction, real estate development, contracting and consulting sectors.

You will work directly under the Director Sales and play a key role in revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through market visits, referrals, tenders and cold outreach.
  • Develop clients in construction, real estate and ELVrelated sectors.
  • Plan and execute daily client meetings; coordinate technical or management sessions when required.
  • Respond to inquiries and arrange technical site surveys for proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM logs for all visits, meetings and activities.
  • Submit weekly pipeline and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in ELV/security/video surveillance sales (Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Axis or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or Public Administration.
  • UAE driving license and personal conveyance preferred.
  • Strong understandingor willingness to learnELV technologies.
  • Selfdriven, organized and capable of working independently or in a team.
