Handle customer complaints and disputes amicably with regards to service delivery, lapses, etc.
Partake in customer relationship management activities to improve business relationships with customers to retain and increase sales activities with customers.
Work with customers to create solutions for their requirements to increase business.
Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics for potential business development and understand competitor dynamics.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
