Business Development Executive European Market (Egypt-Based)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients across the European market through channels like cold calling, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, providing tailored business solutions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports to track progress against goals.
Requirements & Qualifications

Language & Communication:

  • Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably within the localization, translation, or language services sector.
  • Proven exposure to or experience in the European market is a must.
  • Background in call center or inside sales is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships.
  • Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients.
Working Conditions
  • Location: Egypt-based.
  • Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Cairo Time).
  • Work Model: Hybrid blend of office and remote flexibility.
