Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the organization's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and proficiency in data handling, particularly using Excel.
This role is suitable for early-career professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in business development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall revenue objectives.
Market Intelligence & Data Analysis- Conduct structured market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Analyze business and sales data to generate actionable insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market presence and improving conversion rates.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
