About the role:

GetPayIn is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive B2B SaaS to drive new business growth and build strong client relationships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
