A prestigious interior design and landscaping firm is seeking a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Executive experienced in selling high-end, luxury design solutions. The role suits a relationship-focused sales professional passionate about aesthetics, client experience, and closing impactful design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the luxury interior design and landscaping sectors (residential & commercial).
- Develop and manage relationships with HNWI, developers, consultants, architects, and corporate decision-makers.
- Present compelling proposals and customized design solutions that align with client vision and project budgets.
- Collaborate closely with in-house design and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Participate in high-profile networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maximize earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.
- Stay updated with design trends, competitor activities, and market strategies within the UAE luxury segment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 35 years of successful sales experience in luxury interiors, architecture, landscaping, or premium real estate sectors in the UAE.
- Strong existing network of clients and referral partners within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident with high-level clients.
- Professional appearance and conduct that reflect a luxury brand's standards.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Rewards
- Base Salary: AED 5,000/month
- Commission: 57% based on project value + profit margin share
- Current top performers earn AED 15,000+ monthly (uncapped earnings)
