About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Internal Audit and Advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven business development experience in professional services, and a good understanding of internal audit and advisory services. Past experience in the UAE with a track record of managing senior management level relationships with corporates, semi-government, and government sectors is highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to promote Internal Audit, Advisory, and related services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Internal Audit and Advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Regularly interact with senior management personnel of prospective and active clients to assess their requirements and expectations.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor and achieve revenue targets and related KPIs
- Handle client payments and other commercial documents like bonds, guarantees etc. as needed
- Work closely with service line leaders to align Business Development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Support the digital marketing team and provide inputs as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business development in professional services.
- Experience in Business Development of professional services is mandatory
- Exposure to Internal Audit and Management Consultancy services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bi-lingual candidates preferred.
- Ability to network and interface with senior management / C-suite professionals
