Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Jeddah with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role involves developing strategies for market growth, creating client-focused proposals, and delivering results to drive business success.

Qualifications

• Saudi citizen (MUST)
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency (Arabic/English)
• Proficiency in developing and closing client relationships and understanding market needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing, designing or consulting industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Work Requirements:

• Hybrid; 70% at office and 30% remotely.

• Traveling as needed to meet clients and attend on-site projects (like exhibitions and photo-sessions) within Saudi Arabia.

• Compensation: package at SR 4,400 + competitive commission
