Business Development Executive

Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our partnerships, revenue streams, and market presence. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and turning ideas into long-term collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategy, communication, and working in fast-growing, impact-driven environmentsespecially in education, technology, or entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Lead outreach efforts (email, calls, meetings) to initiate and close partnerships
  • Support the development of partnership proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align growth strategies
  • Track leads, partnerships, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in edtech, startups, or tech-enabled platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Experience working with international partners or communities
