About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our partnerships, revenue streams, and market presence. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and turning ideas into long-term collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategy, communication, and working in fast-growing, impact-driven environmentsespecially in education, technology, or entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Lead outreach efforts (email, calls, meetings) to initiate and close partnerships
- Support the development of partnership proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align growth strategies
- Track leads, partnerships, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech, startups, or tech-enabled platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Experience working with international partners or communities
