Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support our growth

strategy and strengthen our market presence. This role plays a key part within the commercial team, helping to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure successful delivery of sponsor and stakeholder commitments.

Role Description

This

is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai Sports City, United Arab Emirates. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and sustaining strong client relationships, and driving

lead generation efforts to foster growth. Daily tasks include networking with stakeholders, creating and executing strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective account management to meet revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Opportunity Development
  • Act as a key member of the commercial team, contributing to overall business growth strategy.
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and identify strategic opportunities
  • Proficiency in market trends and ability to analyse competitive landscapes
  • Knowledge of the sporting facilities landscape to include schools and private venues.
  • Create and maintain databases of contacts to generate new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and business development targets.
  • Understanding of business operations and ability to identify expansion opportunities
  • Partnerships & Relationship Management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to develop collaborations and partnership opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for ISD tours with event organisers, agencies, and prospective partners.
  • Sponsorship & Commercial Operations
  • Ensure all sponsor entitlements are activated and delivered in line with agreements.
  • Manage sponsor activations on-site to ensure a high standard of execution.
  • Work closely with the accounts department to ensure sponsor invoices are issued and managed efficiently.

Team Support & Administration

  • Assist the Business Development Manager with day-to-day tasks and commercial initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Interest or experience within sport, events, education, or entertainment sectors is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
