The Business Development Executive will support the commercial growth of TTE Gulf in KSA by managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and contributing to business development and operational coordination. The role is primarily commercial-focused, with partial involvement in business development and operational support.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Sales Activities (6070%)
Support and manage day-to-day commercial activities related to client inquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate commercial offers
Maintain and update client records, proposals, and commercial documentation
Assist in contract preparation, review, and coordination
Ensure timely follow-up with clients to support deal closure
Monitor market pricing and competitor activity in the KSA market
Business Development & Operations Support (3040%)
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, leads, and potential clients
- Support business development initiatives, client meetings, and presentations
- Contribute to market research and preparation of business reports
- Coordinate operational follow-ups related to awarded projects
- Support internal reporting, CRM updates, and management dashboards
- Assist with coordination between KSA branch and regional/head office teams
Experience
- Preferred: 13 years of experience in business development, sales support, or commercial roles
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant internships or commercial exposure is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with guidance and minimal supervision
- Good commercial understanding and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
