Business Development Executive

Salary: AED 12,00015,000 per month

A well-established UK-based university is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and develop business in the Middle East region.
This role requires a fluent Arabic speaker, ideally with experience in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive enrolment and revenue growth across programmes, including the Global MBA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, alumni, and other key stakeholders to support recruitment and business development objectives.
- Generate leads and support recruitment efforts through digital campaigns, events, CRM tracking, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Analyse CRM data and marketing performance metrics to provide insights, ROI reporting, and actionable recommendations.
- Consistently hit key performance metrics while driving sales and revenue objectives
Required Experience and Skills:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, marketing automation, and data reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel quarterly as required.
- Ideally prior experience in the education sector.
