Objective

  • Responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities within the technology and innovation ecosystem. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional who excels at building partnerships, expanding networks, and positioning XTech solutions as the preferred choice for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding a dynamic pipeline of high-potential business opportunities, strategically guiding prospects from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to entrepreneurial communities, fintech hubs, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility, stay ahead of emerging trends, and foster meaningful partnerships.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with incubators, accelerators, venture capitalists, and innovation labs to drive collaboration, co-creation, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate high-quality leads, refine messaging, and ensure a steady flow of engaged prospects through targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Demonstrating deep expertise in XTech solutions and industry trends, effectively addressing client challenges, handling objections, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering insightful guidance, product education, and actionable recommendations to empower clients and drive long-term value realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients, ensuring seamless communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the tech, fintech, SaaS, or innovation sectors.
  • Saudi Nationality
  • Experience engaging with startups, VCs, incubators, accelerators, and industry forums.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to pitch, present, and close deals effectively.
