Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Cairo, Egypt.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling educational products and solutionssuch as EdTech platforms, LMS, training programs, or academic servicesto educational institutions, including schools, universities, and training centers.

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, while collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech or educational B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of educational market dynamics in Egypt.
  • Proven ability in new business development and lead generation, with a track record of identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Strong account and relationship management skills to support client retention and organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly convey value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales roles is highly advantageous.
  • CRM proficiency and market analysis experience are considered a plus.
