What you'll focus on
- Drive outbound prospecting (email + phone) to build strong sales pipelines, using modern tools, creativity, and experimentation.
- Engage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and move them through the pipeline with speed and precision.
- Research and uncover target companies, map business challenges, and identify where Locad can create real value.
- Lead high-value conversations with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Partner with internal teams across operations, customer success, product, and marketing to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Management to plan target accounts, messaging, market strategies, and campaigns to unlock new business opportunities.
What you bring
- Experience managing the full sales cyclefrom hunting to closing and account management.
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
