Job Description

Job Objective

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support pipeline growth for the sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification and initial customer engagement while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring smooth handover of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Main Tasks

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined business criteria and customer needs
  • Schedule meetings and discovery sessions for Account Executives with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of activities, leads and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Research target accounts, industries and decision-makers to support prospecting efforts
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers to nurture engagement and maintain pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and pipeline initiatives
  • Meet or exceed assigned activity metrics and pipeline contribution targets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Monty Mobile's products and services to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends and customer needs to the sales team while handing overqualified potential leads to Account Managers for further follow-up and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement practices.
  • Experience SaaS, CPaaS or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in Local Language and English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Basic Microsoft Office and presentation skills
  • Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques
