Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and B2B client handling. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services market
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct client meetings and product/service demos
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, ERP, Cloud, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Prior experience selling IT services, SaaS, or software solutions
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage
