JobWorld Management Consultancy is a leading recruitment and management consultancy firm in the Dubai. We are looking for a dynamic Person Business Development Executive with 24 years of Local experience in Recruitment or B2B Sales to drive client acquisition and expand our corporate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and manpower consultancy services

Identify, approach, and onboard B2B corporate clients

Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and business presentations

Build strong relationships with HR managers and decision-makers

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications

Candidate Requirements

24 years of relevant Dubai experience

Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Manpower Sales, or B2B Corporate Sales

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Good understanding of the Dubai corporate and recruitment market

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude

Immediate joiners preferred
