noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive for the Fashion category in KSA, you will play a key role in expanding noon's fashion portfolio by identifying, onboarding, and growing high-potential brands and sellers.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local and international fashion partners, driving category growth, and ensuring we maintain a competitive and trend-forward assortment in the Saudi market. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape in KSA.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new fashion brands and sellers in line with category strategy and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key brand partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and promotional plans to ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (category, operations, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal seller performance.
  • Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional planning.
  • Monitor KPIs such as GMV, margin, stock availability, and sell-through, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure partners comply with noon's operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in business development, category management, account management, or buying preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA fashion market and consumer trends.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
