As we continue to expand in the UAE, we are looking for a drivenBusiness Development Executiveto grow our footprint in Dubai's dynamic event ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with event agencies, brand partners, and corporate clients. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to actively travel for meetings and demos on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage event agencies, brand partners, and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships within the event and experiential ecosystem
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and solution demos across Dubai and nearby regions
  • Understand client needs and position NXT Interactive's solutions effectively
  • Follow up on leads, manage opportunities, and move deals through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal and project handovers
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in the event industry(mandatory)
  • Native or fluent English(mandatory);Arabic preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable with daily travel for meetings and live demos (mandatory)
  • Confident, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while representing the brand professionally
