About Oosal:

Oosal is a UAE-based SaaS platform that helps service businesses manage and grow their operations. We provide SMEs with tools like websites, payments, invoicing, and business management in one system.

Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to sell a SaaS business platform to SME service providers.

The role is mainly outreach-driven using:

  • Cold calls
  • WhatsApp
  • Emails

Face-to-face meetings will be conducted when required.

You will also support market feedback collection to help improve our pitch and identify the right customer segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and contact leads through cold outreach
  • Speak with business owners and qualify interest
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings
  • Close deals and onboard new users
  • Track activities and feedback in a CRM

Requirements:

  • Based in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Valid UAE freelance license (mandatory)

  • Compensation:

    • Base pay:
    • 3,500 AEDExtra
    • Allowance: 500 AED
    • Total fixed monthly pay: 4,000 AED

      • Commission: 40% on the first payment per paid user.
      • Commission payout: 57 days

      Top performers can earn 8,000+ AED per month in commissions from first paid users, in addition to base pay and allowance.
