Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dubai's holiday homes or short-term rental sector and a proven ability to source, onboard, and manage new property listings. Your primary focus will be to grow the company's holiday homes portfolio by building strong relationships with property owners, landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new property owners and landlords to list their units under RE/MAX / PK Holiday Homes.
- Conduct property assessments and coordinate onboarding processes for new units.
- Negotiate management agreements and ensure property owners understand service offerings and revenue models.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and Dubai Tourism regulations related to holiday homes.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and property management teams to ensure a seamless handover and high client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new unit acquisition.
Requirements:
- Based in Dubai (mandatory).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or property acquisition within the holiday homes or short-term rental industry.
- Strong network of property owners, developers, and agents in the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Dubai Tourism (DTCM) holiday home regulations is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
