A well-established organization in the UAE is expanding its portfolio and launching a new line of business in Property Management. We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to play a key role in building this vertical from the ground up.
Position: Business Development Executive – Property Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
Driving License-Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property management sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords and building owners
- Source and onboard new properties for management
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track business development activities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within property management
- Strong network of freehold landlords and building owners in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Proven track record in generating and closing new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and own car required
