Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking functions.

Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and identifying new business areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
