About the role
Raqmix is a Cairo-based software development and systems integration company serving mid-market clients across Egypt and the GCC. We build custom software, ERP integrations, and cloud infrastructure for companies in F&B, real estate, manufacturing, and beyond.
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to own our new project pipeline end-to-end from first outreach to signed contract. This is a full-cycle role: you prospect, qualify, pitch, write proposals, and close. No handoffs.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Egypt (Cairo & Alexandria focus)
- Own outreach to decision-makers C-level, IT directors, and operations leads
- Conduct discovery calls and map client needs to Raqmix's service offering
- Write and present commercial proposals in Arabic and English
- Manage the deal from first contact through contract signature
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and report on deal progress weekly
- Collaborate with technical leads to scope and price custom solutions
What we're looking for
- 35 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in software or IT services
- Experience selling ERP, custom software, or systems integration is a strong plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken
- Comfortable writing proposals and handling commercial negotiations independently
- Hunter mentality you generate your own leads, not just work a given list
- Organized, data-driven, and honest about pipeline status
