Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients and markets.

Use CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Engage in cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand the needs of clients and propose appropriate software solutions.

Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Sales & Negotiations:

Develop sales pitches and presentations to win clients.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.

Close deals and ensure that revenue targets are met.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requested qualifications:

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and influence client decisions.

Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships with clients.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and presentations.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the software industry, including market dynamics and emerging technologies.

Problem-Solving: Ability to suggest solutions tailored to client needs and challenges.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Fluent English

Experience: 1 to 3 years in business development or sales within the software or technology sector.

Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of the company's software products and services.

This role is critical for expanding the client base and ensuring consistent revenue growth for a digital transformation company.
