Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Manage and optimize CRM to track and analyze sales activities
Develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns
Design simple marketing materials and visuals using Canva to support campaigns.
Build client relationships and close sales to achieve targets.
Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and navigate complex sales cycles
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets
