Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving growth for our company by identifying new business opportunities, building key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of the construction industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and outcomes.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and its services.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to recognize business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
