Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Abu Dhabi. The Business Development Executive will manage end-to-end business development activities, including identifying and generating new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing accounts to foster sustained growth. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, and effective communication to meet organizational and client goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar capacity is advantageous
• Familiarity with the training and consulting industry is a plus
