Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects in line with agency growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client needs. The Business Development Executive will nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, support account handovers, maintain accurate sales records, and report on performance and opportunities to leadership. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination and impactful client pitches.
