The Creative Stitch operates as a studio of ideas and a production hub for customized, high-impact campaigns, offering talent room to grow and innovate.

Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects in line with agency growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client needs. The Business Development Executive will nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, support account handovers, maintain accurate sales records, and report on performance and opportunities to leadership. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination and impactful client pitches.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and support strategic growth.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to research markets, qualify prospects, and initiate contact through multiple outreach channels.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain professional client interactions.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to support onboarding of new clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing service.
  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software, are preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Middle East is mandatory
