To support our growth in the UAE, we are recruiting a high-energy, sales-driven Business Development Executive for Abu Dhabi.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong relationships with clients across Abu Dhabi. This role is 100% sales focused, requiring a proactive individual who excels in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and consistently achieving targets.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients are onboarded smoothly and partnerships are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships and market connections.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and analyze market potential.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that drive profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, update pipelines, and track sales activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies.
Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and execution.
Skills & Experience
Sales experience in Hospitality, PR, Marketing, or Events Management (priority in this order).
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.
A self-motivated achiever with a history of meeting targets.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and data tracking.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
